Hello all,
Today we created an art piece using coffee filters, markers, and water! They turned out beautifully, and while we were making them we discussed these statements:
"I can create an piece of art using just one giant dot!" (The coffee filter)
"I can practice new skills to get better at them!"
"I can experiment with colours to see what happens when they blend together!"
We also practiced what to do if we were to have a fire drill again - please discuss this with your child. Some of the important topics to discuss are the importance of staying quiet during a fire drill, and staying in line with our class on our way out of the school. We will continue to practice this at school!
Remember that tomorrow only PM Kindergarten comes to school - so our class will not have school tomorrow!
