Today in Kindergarten we created number cards 1 through 31 to out into our new giant calendar! Pictures to come tomorrow! Then we discussed how to make sure we had them in the right order, so each student kept a card and we figured out how to make a line, in order. For our first time doing this, they did exceptionally well!
We also practiced the words to O Canada today, as we sing it every morning at our school and we wanted to make sure that we all knew what the words were! We have some lovely singing voices in our class!
We also had sharing circle today, as well as a movement break, and centers.
***Please remember that tomorrow is Picture Day! Please send your child to school as you would like them to look for their Kindergarten year photo - every student will have a photo taken individually, so it may be beneficial to practice how to smile for a photo with them this evening!***
