Today we continued our work with numbers and talked about taking our time when we are completing work! We talked about how we are not doing our best if we rush through our work because it looks messy and lacks detail. We discussed that taking our time means using many different colours, trying to colour in the lines, and means that we might not finish something in the time we have (and that's okay!).
We had to postpone our Learning Commons trip to tomorrow, as Mrs. Laythorpe wasn't here this morning! That means if you did not send your child to school with their book today, you have another night to find it :-)
During centers today we brought out a couple of new centers including playdough, and a pet grooming center!
Please note that we DO have school this Friday!
Parent/Teacher Conferences take place for EDC and Kindergarten students on Wednesday, March 18 and Thursday, March 19 while conferences for all students take place on Thursday. Conference Manager will be open for bookings March 13 @ 6:00pm.
