Wednesday, September 18th!

Hello all,

Today we played learned how to play Number Bingo, and had so much fun! Many of us got to call Bingo because we filled up our card, and some of us did not. We had a wonderful discussion about how games are still fun even if we don't win - maybe we will have better luck next time!
We also learned how to safely play on the playground today, by discussing things like how to properly go down a slide (feet first, not head first) and how to use the equipment. We had a great time and were very safe when we went outside to try it all out!

Tonight I have sent the students home with some "homework" - I asked them to ask their family what their favourite part of Fall/Autumn is! No need to write this down or anything like that, but if you find that you have a moment please discuss your favourite parts of fall with your child! We will be beginning to do some learning activities about Fall in the coming weeks. 

One more quick reminder, please check your childs blue folder DAILY - this is very important because all of our time sensitive and important paperwork are sent home in the blue folder. Again some days the folder will be empty, but some days there are things that need to be filled out and returned to school.
